We are currently recruiting for a number of roles, both permanent and contract to join our growing team. At Enfuse you will be expected to:

  • Be a team player, typically operating as a project team member where your primary focus is on executing your assigned work. Within this role you may have the responsibility of leading specific work-streams or small project teams

  • Be a self-starter with the ability to drive your own assigned work forward

  • Have the ability to work closely with client members and teams, winning their respect and trust by understanding their needs, delivering quality outputs and being professional

  • Support sales opportunities

  • Support and at times lead internal initiatives at Enfuse to help nurture and grow a modern successful consultancy

Permanent Opportunities

  • Learn and develop core consulting capabilities as you work both remotely and on-site, and alongside senior project teams to support in the delivery of IT and digital transformation projects and programmes across our core capability areas.

    What your typical day at Enfuse will look like:

    • Contribute to the delivery of programmes and projects across a variety of industry sectors

    • Support project teams in defining and implementing business process management strategies and governance structures

    • Support the design and delivery of internal organisational initiatives

    What we look for:

    • 0-2 years’ in a client facing/management consulting environment.

    • Proven Team player

    • Passion for IT and digital trends

    • A desire to pursue a career in Management Consulting

  • Utilise and further build your core consulting capabilities by contributing to the design and delivery of IT and digital transformation projects and programmes across our core capability areas.

    What your typical day at Enfuse will look like:

    • Utilise your core consulting capabilities to enable clients to delivery high quality products and services.

    • Further develop your consulting capabilities through support and coaching from senior members of the team and on the job.

    • Support the design and delivery of internal organisational initiatives

    What we look for:

    • 1-3 years’ within management consulting

    • Demonstrable knowledge and experience in at least one of our core capabilities areas, and contributing to the delivery of programmes, projects and/or products.

    • Passion for IT and digital trends

  • Lead and deliver programmes, projects and products across our core capability areas, and have complete autonomy to own your key deliverables and develop key accounts across your portfolio.

    What your typical day at Enfuse will look like:

    • Oversee and deliver complex IT and digital transformation initiatives

    • Manage and build day-to-day client relationships, develop key accounts, and drive new business across your portfolio

    • Utilise and further build your leadership and coaching capabilities to mentor and develop junior members of the team

    • Lead the delivery of internal organisational initiatives

    What we look for:

    • 3-6 years’ within management consulting

    • Demonstrable cross-sector experience overseeing and delivering programmes, projects and/or agile products in at least one of our capability areas.

    • Knowledge and understanding of best practice in IT and Digital transformation implementations

    • Demonstrable ability to evolve and nurture key accounts for account growth and client value

  • Lead large-scale IT and digital transformation programmes, ensuring strategic execution, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality delivery.

    What your typical day at Enfuse will look like:

    • Design, lead and deliver IT and digital transformation programmes and projects 

    • Work with C-Suite clients to identify opportunities and shape projects which align to their organisational objectives 

    • Lead and manage hybrid teams alongside clients, 3rd parties and Enfuse Group consultants to deliver on-time, on-budget and to the quality needed  

    • Manage and build day-to-day client relationships, and develop new business through own network

    • Lead in the management, development and coaching of Analysts, Consultants and Senior Consultants.

    What we look for:

    • 6+ years’ experience in an external, client facing management consulting environment managing complex, high-level projects.

    • Demonstrable cross-sector experience designing, leading and delivering IT and digital transformation projects 

    • Demonstrable experience building strong, lasting relationships and developing new business

    • Commercial acumen and entrepreneurial flair

    • Demonstrable experience managing and coaching multiple teams across projects, and developing consultant capabilities

  • Drive business growth by building strong client relationships, leading high-impact transformation programmes, and inspiring teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

    What your typical day at Enfuse will look like:

    • Take strategic ownership of large-scale IT and digital transformation programmes, ensuring high-impact delivery.

    • Build and expand client relationships, actively identifying and securing new business opportunities.

    • Contribute to Enfuse Group’s growth by driving thought leadership and internal strategic initiatives.

    • Lead and inspire hybrid teams of clients, Enfuse Group consultants, and third parties to deliver transformational outcomes.

    What we look for:

    • 8+ years' experience in a client-facing management consulting role, leading complex transformation programmes.

    • Proven ability to design and execute high-level digital and IT transformation strategies across sectors.

    • Commercial acumen with demonstrable experience in business development and account growth.

    • Demonstrable experience engaging with senior executives, providing strategic advisory and stakeholder management.

    • Passion for leadership, coaching and developing high-performing consulting teams.
